Shipping
All domestic orders under 150 pounds will
be shipped via United Parcel Service. UPS shipping charges
will be calculated instantaneously and added to the order.
All other shipments will be shipped by common
carrier. The customer must call for shipping charges at
the time of order.
All freight charges will be at actual cost.
If package arrives damaged, please notify
the carrier immediately. Steadypower.com must be notified
of any damaged or missing merchandise within 10 days.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days
from the date of purchase with its original invoice, in
its original box in un-used condition. No returns on special
orders.
Returns must have prior approval from Steadypower.com.
Steadypower.com will issue a full refund
less a 15% restocking charge for returned merchandise that
meets the above conditions. If the return is the result
of an error on our part, the restocking charge will not
apply. Shipping costs will be refunded only if the return
is a result or our error.
Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled before shipment,
there will be no charge.
Orders cancelled after shipment are subject
to a 15% restocking charge plus freight and insurance to
return the merchandise, with the exception of errors on
our part.
All order cancellations must be sent to
us by email.
